What sensor or signal is connected to IN1 & IN2 ?

What is the common mode voltage ? Can you draw a picture including the sensor?
Why you don't use the internal PGA at a gain of 256 directly ? What resolution and sampling rate do you need ?
Consider the power .4-20mA Application
How do you generate the required supply voltages from the 4 - 20mA loop? If you do it with a LDO, than there is much more potential to have some more power available in using a switching buck regulator with a good filter - they are high freq today (far away from your signal freq) and coils are pretty small.
This is the way I would implement it rather than a extra Op-Amp and a lot of discrete's which are suspect to temperature changes, noise, space on the PCB and cost. But one major point I just noticed is the fact that your bridge has low impedance of 350 ohm and with 3.3V you need already 10mA ! This may not work at all - even if you save 400 - 500µA with the external Op-Amp.
I am more concerned about how much the minimum input reference source,
Reference source is small,
Magnification do not so big
Can you explain me, I'm very interested, how you get the 10mA for the bridge?
