Audio signals to ADC

I need a solution for the following requirements:

Input from 4 sonic analog (20-20KHz) and 1 U-sonic up to 60KHz MICs

Each of the 4 sonic mics has to be connected to a PGA with at least 32 steps of gain control and the PGA output has to be connected to A to D converter with minimum sample rate of 44KHz, and 102 dB SNR at least.

The U-sonic MIC has to be connected to a PGA with at least 32 steps of gain control and the PGA output has to be connected to A to D converter with minimum sample rate of 200-250KHz, and 102 dB SNR.

For 4 channel sonic analog (20-20KHz) I think to use ADAU1772 or ADAU1372, however  I hesitates because  No signal manipulation / digital proceeding (digital filtering, compression etc.)  is required on both signal.

For 1 channel U-sonic I think to use with AD7764, but I don't know what to do with 32 steps of gain control.

asynchronous sample rate converters (ASRCs), not welcome, hereby ADAU1777 doesn't match the requirements.

Can you suggest me the right solution ?

Regards,

Ilan
