Absolute Maximum Rating of "Differential Input Voltage" is "-25V to +75V". This is exactly same with the Absolute Maximum Rating of "Continuous Input Voltage". Is this spec correct? I am referring to revision 0 datasheet.
Thanks for your patience. I tested this out on bench to be sure. The specification you'll want to pay attention to is the continuous input voltage. The absolute voltage at each input should be kept to within -25 and 75V. For the differential voltage, it implies that even with the maximum input voltage applied to each input, the AD8207 would still survive the resultant differential voltage. I tested with 75V at one input and -25V at the other and the part still survived.
I hope this helps.
I am checking this with our designer. I will get back to you once I have more information.
OK. I am waiting for your feedback.
Thanks in advance.Katsu
Thanks a lot for your answer and the test under the severe condition. These are really helpful.
