PHASE COMPENSATION ERROR

 

I used to calibrate ADE7878

Nominal Voltage = 240 V and Current = 100A

 

ADE configuration

 

Burden Resistors -6 ohms and low-pass filter = 22nf

 

THR =0x19C751

VLAVAL=0xC1ECC

CFMODE=0x3ff

CFxDEN = 0x2710

 

I done my calibration Reference meter method

 

  1.       Voltage calibration
  2.       Current  calibration
  3.       Active Energy calibration
  4.       Reactive Energy calibration

 

After Reactive Energy calibration Impulse output Error (240V, 5A)

 

Power factor

Reference meter in watt

 

ADE7878 in watt

Pulse error

After Phase Calibration why affecting  watt and pulse error in unity power factor(PF = 1)

 

I need good error report please help me @and give solution soon.....................
