ADUM5242 has θJa typ 80C/W.

Do you have a θjc and Tj specs?

Or is it the correct way to calculate using Figure 4?

What is the calculation method at that time?

The theta JA should be used to determine the junction temperature of the ADuM542x at a given ambient temperature. Figure 4 shows what the maximum safe supply current will be for the maximum safe junction temperature of 150C for the ADuM542x will be in at various ambient temperatures of operation. Figure 4 is calculated using the theta JA value of 80C/W.

If this is not what you need, please explain how you would use the θjc value.
