IN picozed sdr kit only zynq - simple LED on-off design. HOW TO GIVE CLOCK TO MICROBLAZE PROCESSOR?
What FMC carrier do you have and what hdl git branch are you using?Do you want a second processor on your system (Microbaze)? If you do, you can use the PS7 FCLK_CLK0 or if you take a look at a microblaze design, fmcomms2 on kc705 for example, you can use the DDR controller clock.

I am trying to implement simple example (not of picozed sdr) http://davidetienne.me/blog/2014/10/17/vivado-setting-up-a-microblaze-on-the-nexys-4/. no git hub etc. how to give clock to microblaze.
You need a clock to start with... (system clock, memory clock, etc. a clock you can use in your FPGA). Ex:
hdl/ccbrk_constr.xdc at master · analogdevicesinc/hdl · GitHub hdl/vc707_system_constr.xdc at master · analogdevicesinc/hdl · GitHub Then as in the link you posted get that clock to a clock wizard and get your desired frequency, than pass it to the microblaze core...
how can I use above xdc with clock wizard for clock?
Sorry for the late reply.
The above .xdc files are specific for a PicoZed SDR(zynq) and a Virtex 7 board, it was just an example. I'm not sure what FPGA are you using so I can't give you a straight answer.
