How to read data via UART for  fmcomms2  for zedboard with AD9361

I have been working on your vivado design fmcomms2  for zedboard with AD9361 hdl/projects/fmcomms2/zed at master · analogdevicesinc/hdl · GitHub .

I have successfully managed to place my own system generator based ip core between util_ad9361_adc_pack block in vivado design and util_ad9361_adc_fifo block.  My ipcore is taking input from dout_data_0[15:0] util_ad9361_adc_fifo block processing data and then sending it to adc_data_0[15:0] in util_ad9361_adc_pack.

I want to know how can I read processed data for the fmcomms2  (zedboard with AD9361) design using UART serial.

I know that the ready made GUI from analog devices is showing voltage0, voltage1 ..... and showing time and frequency behavior. But I need help in that how can I read data using serial or ethernet for the  same design.

In short my goal is to process I/Q samples on Programming logic and then do some processing on zynq PS and read the results via UART or serial.

Can anyone point to me any example design which is doing something similar?

Many thanks
