We can not find the ESD Sensitivity from datasheet about the following parts.
Can you help us?
In our previous rounds of HBM testing the HMC451LP3 and/or HMC451LC3 parts did not pass 100V. However, our internal documentation for those tests do not document how the pins were categorized and/or how they were grouped for those tests..so it's also not clear to me whether or not those ESD tests were correctly executed. The HBM spec to which we currently test, ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001, provides flexibility in how the tests are executed. For the previously mentioned reasons the HMC451 is on our short list of parts to re-evaluate for HBM ESD performance in hopes of obtaining ratings that more accurately represent the current standards. Hopefully we will have this testing completed within the next few months.
If that is updated, please let us share.
Thanks for your support.
The AD8310 passed the HBM 1500V; ESD class 1 rating.
The HMC433 is ESD HBM class 0. Generally speaking, on legacy HMC microwave frequency generation products if the ESD classification is not on the datasheet it's safe to assume HBM, Class 0.
