Any plot for RF above 5 GHz regarding SNR
When we released the AD9208, we did not have adequate filters to do the testing beyond 4GHz. Hence the limitation on the datasheet specs. At frequencies >5GHz, or even 2 - 3GHz for that matter, the noise performance of the ADC is limited by jitter. You can follow the estimates given in figure 71 of the Rev0 datasheet to see what SNR you can get out of the core. As for linearity, it will depend on the input front end network as well as the ADC's input buffer. You can look at the AD9689-2600 specs to get an idea of what the linearity will be at up to 5.5GHz. Per the datasheet for AD9689 (Rev0) the expected SFDR will be around 59 - 60dBFS. At high input frequencies, it is best to use the lowest full scale setting to maximize linearity.
What RF above 5GHz are you interested in?
As the analog bandwidth(3 dB) is specified to 9 GHz, I am interested in SNR and power loss in that band.
