ADV7627 HDMI Compliance Test ID 8-7 failed

Dear Sir,

 

Our customer are using ADV7627 to develop their product. Currently, their product have enter to HDMI compliance test stage, and found the HDMI CT Test ID 8-7 [Jitter Tolerance] failed.

 

About 8-7 failed portion is timing 

 

1080P@60Hz (148.5 MHz) Type2: -> DJ=500K,CJ=10M and DJ=1M, CJ=7M failed.

480P@60Hz (27MHz) Type2: DJ=500K, CJ=10M and DJ=1M, CJ=7M failed

 

PS: DJ is data jitter, CJ is clock jitter

 

RD are using script v1.2 to set HDMI Rx EQ as below registers value:

And they registration dump value as attached file.

 

Their power 3.3V ripple is measured under 100mV.

 

Their product will going to Pre-MP stage, would you please kindly advise about this situation about this issue?
