3ch only of ADuM141 4ch is used.
How should we connect not used pin of the other 1 ch ?
Input pin : Pull down through about 10 K ohm ?
Output pin: Open ?
Please let me know your advice.
You could connect the input pin to ground and leave the output open if you don't want to use the channel.
Thank you for your answer.
I'd like to add a detail about power consumption. The ADuM141 has OOK architecture. That means in the default state the part will not be transmitting a signal. If you are using a default low device like the ADuM141E0 or ADuM141D0, tying the unused input to GNDx would be the lower power state. If you are using an ADuM141E1 or ADuM141D1, the device would actually be transmitting and consuming power with an input low. In the case of a default high device, tie the unused input to VDDx in order to keep it in the lower power state.
Thank you for your additional advice.
Our customer actually will use both E0 and E1 device so I explained your advice to my customer.
