I'm developing high isolation switches consisted of ADG1419. I'd like to calculate the isolation of switches because its impedance is not 50 ohm.
Can I get a Spice model or an equivalent circuit of ADG1419?
You may use ADG1411 Spice model as a substitute for ADG1419.
The ADG1411 is a quad SPST switch so you would have to use 1 switch out of 4. On resistance and other parameters are not the same as that of the ADG1419 so that would be something to think about. Please also be reminded that Off Isolation is not tested with other simulation set-up and is tested with the datasheet conditions only. Parametric values might differ according to set-up condition changes.
Let me know if this helps.
Unfortunately, the ADG1419 spice model is not yet available. I'll have a look on a more suitable spice model for you. In the meantime, may I know the simulation tool you'll be using the spice model with?
Thank you for your answer.
I'll use PSpice 16.5 by Cadence as a circuit simlater.
I use ADG1419 at 9 and 12 V and they work well at a low frequency. But when I rise the frequency up to 4 MHz I face substantiol losses of a small HF signal.
Can you share me your schematic so I could look into it?
Also, can you please clarify if you are using a simulation tool or a bench set-up?
