We have designed a board that includes an ADV7611 and a MPEG2 encoder.
The MPEG2 encoder has a D1 8-bit parallel with embedded SAV/EAV video input interface that only supports pixel clock from 27 MHz to 36 MHz. In fact this is PAL 720x576i or NTSC 720x480i ITU BT.656 compatible interface.

About the ADV7611, which HDMI input modes will be compatible with the ITU BT.646 output format?
We have found at http://ez.analog.com/message/20318 that only 576i and 480i HDMI input will produce the desired ITU BT.646 output.
There is any way to configure (downscaling, dividing pixel clock, tweaking registers...) the ADV7611 in order to accept 576p, 720p, 1080p and 1080i HDMI inputs and produce the desired ITU BT.646 output?
