ADE7758 - Energy & Vrms, Irms calibration

Question asked by karthikmani on Jun 10, 2017

I am karthik, from Bangalore, India.

1. I am able to read the Vrms & Irms registers and I am planning for S/W based calibration (tare & span), instead of using internal offset & gain registers. Will it have any affect, while reading energy registers?

2. How to measure active energy & reactive energy? If I give line accumulation for more than 0.52 seconds, what will happen?

3. I am having an offset of -4V, in my voltage & current reading? Used S/W based calibration.

Kindly reply me.
