We use continuous conversion mode. we get the data ,and then DOUT/RDY push high
our OS monitor this DOUT/RDY PIN into the low level to trigger the interrupt, but when we finish conversion, the DOUT/RDY PIN has a short delay (t7???) in low level and then push high. Is this right?
ERROR WAVEFORM:(error triggered into interrupt, convert again, 744ns, our ODR=2.5KHz)

if we add 10us delay(this value must be over 5us) when we finish interrupt, the waveforms and data are ok!

attention for read format
We found the issue may called DOUT_REST t7,but we think the t7 in datasheet may use max value(the worse case) .
Could you help us to check this issue? 10us delay we can not endure. the total resource of system is not enough for this delay. Thanks!
