My customer has a question about RBIAS pin application on AD9258BCPZ.
If the customer do not use 1% tolerance resistor between RBIAS pin and ground, what kind of problems could be occured ?

By using an external 1% resistor the internal bias currents are kept very tight. Because of the tolerance of the external resistor all of the gain errors and internal currents will be kept in a very controlled range. By using a 5% or 10% resistor these currents will no longer be tightly controlled and the gain error and power consumption will probably go out of spec. I wouldn't expect catastrophic failure, but it is possible the specs degrade.
Why not just get a 1% resistor?
