what ist the INL ( Nonlinearity ) of the ADE7912?
The INL is not specified for the ADE7912 but the performance you are interested in can roughly be understood from other specs in the data sheet. The input full scale of the IP-IM channel is +/-31.25 mV and V1P-VM is +/-500 mV. The SNR is specified between 67 - 74 dBFS on the current channel, 72 - 79 dBFS on the voltage channel depending on the adc frequency and bandwidth settings. At full scale the output waveform codes will be about 5300000 codes, from that you can see the weight of each individual bit depending on where you are in the dynamic range.
Then if you look at the data sheet for the ADE7978/ADE7932 which is a version of the ADE7912 with an ADE7978 that performs all the metrology, you can find that the active energy in specified at 0.1% over a dynamic range of 500 to 1 down from full scale. If looking at the individual channels, the current is specified to 0.25% down to 500:1 and the voltage is 0.1% down to 500:1.
