HMC-ALH369 will be applied to TDD solution and Vdd be used for on/off control.
So we want to know RF on/off time of HMC-ALH369.
Customer measured the RF swithcing time by herself and it is 800 nsec.
Is it correct?
We have not measured the switching speed of the amplifier alone, but based on the performance of similar parts, we think it can meet 200nSec requirement, by reducing the value of the supply CAPs. I would start by removing the highest value capacitor.
We have not measured the switching time of the amplifier, but the switching time for the amplifier alone should be less than 100nSec. Is the 800nSec number achieved with the amplifier alone, or with the capacitors on the supply lines installed? And what are the customers requirements?

800nsec number was measured with capacitor on the supply lines.
and RF signal downconvered by mixer.
finally, the downconvered signal was measured using the oscilloscope.
we are looking for under 200nsec products(LNA).
