Conflicting information on the EVAL-ADIS2Z wiki page

Hello, I have found some conflicting information on the EVAL-ADIS2Z wiki page, and am looking for clarification. If you wished to power the ADIS16137 from the USB cable, would you need to set JP1 to +3.3V or +5V? The first table (under Step #1) on the wiki page says to use the +3.3V setting, however in the Tool Cross Reference section is states to use +5 V for the JP1 setting for the ADIS16137. Though I'm not sure if it is exactly related to the pin on the EVAL-ADIS2Z, the spec sheet for ADIS16137 says that it requires a nominal VDD of +5V.
