I'm trying to simulate with Pspice, however, the symbol has pins 100 to 106. How do I map to actual pins?

It depends on the Spice engine you are using. Ask your software guy about formal parameters.
The numbers are simply placeholders. Usually, connections are made on order, not name,
but it depends on your simulator. Usually the manual has a section on adding additional parts.
No, it doesn't depend on the spice engine - this subcircuit is what I downloaded from Analog Devices web site and in order to simulate I need to connect the pins in the simulator to the "placeholders" in the model. I need the map between the number 100,101,102,103,104 and 106 to the actual physical part (i.e non-inverting input, positive power supply etc..)
100 - Noninverting Input
101 - Inverting Input
102 - VCC (positive supply)
103 - VEE (negative supply)
104 - Output
105 - CC (compensation cap; if there's any)
106 - Power Down or Shut Down
This mapping is the same on all the SPICE models that falls under this notation.
If using a text based simulator, you'll need to use the 'X' (subcircuit) component. IE:
The syntax is:
X1 IN+ IN- V+ V- OUT ADA4891
Where you replace IN+, IN-, etc with the nodes in your circuit.
I thought you wanted to connect the circuit file to a symbol.
When you download most of our spice models they have a text section labelling the nodes:

I'm using Cadence Pspice.
For the ADA4841 the node assignments are missing from the file. Please correct it for future reference
If you go to the product page for the ADA4841, and download the spice model, it has the text labeling I showed earlier.
For Orcad/PSpice, I usually copy a symbol, rename it to ADA4841 or whateverk, and then have the model line point to
ADA4841. You need to also add a "ADA4841.lib" that has the .ckt file, or you can add it to anlg_dev.lib
