SC582 PTP CLOCK INPUT

Question asked by viper_gc on May 5, 2017

In user-manual, I find the GPB2 can used for PTP Clock input 0. And in linux-kernel, there has "devm_clk_get(priv->device, "clk_ptp_ref");", but there is no clk_ptp_ref clock in sc58x.dtsi.

I want to connect a signal(49MHz) to PB2, and use it for PTP Clock. But now it use stmmac_clk, and i want to use clk_ptp_ref clock.

Quessage:

1、how to add cllk_ptp_ref to dtsi file and any other need to changed.

2、do you have any patch or documentation for this function.
