How can i make ultra low noise Lock in amplifier

I wanted to make Lock-in amplifier as described in Synchronous Detectors Facilitate Precision Low-Level Measurements
by Luis Orozco in analog devices web page. ( Synchronous Detectors Facilitate Precision Low-Level Measurements | Analog Devices  ). But I found out that its noise -density was too high. Only for AD7175-2 it was 215nV/root(Hz). I wanted to make one such as  Noise: 25nV / root(Hz) at 1kHz. Is there any other ultra low noise ADC so that i can decrease noise density or any other method i can use. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
