"Specified" vs "Storage" Temperature Range--Definition

Hi,

I have a general question arisen reading the datasheet of AD8229.

The document specify the upper limit of the Specified Temperature Range (210°C) greater than the storage temperature range's upper limit (150°C).

I wonder, what is the definition of "Specified Temperature Range"? Is it equivalent to the operating temperature range?

Usually the upper limit of the operating temperature range is less than the upper limit of the storage temperature range. Why for this particular device the upper limit of the storage temperature range is less than the range of temperature in which the device can operate safely? How can it be? How can it be understood?

Thank you very much for the help.
