Branched from an earlier discussion

Hi guys,

Im working also on a project which implements a radar and im also new to gnu radio.

I have the zedboard and the fmcomms3 connected, and im operating only with them and a monitor.(via sd card).

I am currently trying to understand how to send specific signals from Tx and get them on the Rx (on the same tranceiver), and then analyze them.

I know Im at the begining so I searched the web and Ive found mbrosy 's question.

Can you please tell me where to find the information leading to the complicated implementation of mbrosy  above?

I have very basic questions, such as:

How to send wanted signals?(I know how to create a signal, but how do i "put" it on the transmitter).

After Ive recieved them, how do I use them? (theres no output on the sink's block of the fmcomms).

Any guidance will be helpful.

thank u,
