We need to S-parameter of HMC618A amplifier, EVM-level tuned within 1700 - 2200 MHz. If possible, for both 5V and 3.3V supply.

I have another question about S-parameters of selected amplifier. In the S-parameter file there is a note: "All measurements referenced to the coaxial connectors, except S21_Mag_De-embedded (dB) which is ref to RFIN and RFOUT pins"
The S21 parameter was de-embedded. What does it mean? Does not the matching network have effect on the S21 parameter? Why have the only S21 been measured as de-embdedded?
Regarding the 1700-2200 MHz EVB, that is a good question. You are correct, the tuning components have an effect on the S-parameters. However, some of the tuning components are not located where we usually expect tuning components to appear (i.e. in the RFIN and RFOUT paths) but rather they appear at the amplifier's drain pins. It appears that capacitor C6 in the RFIN path is used mainly as a DC block. Beyond that, there are no other reactive components attached to the lengths of lossy transmission line that constitute the RF path. For those reasons we took into account the RFIN and RFOUT transmission line loss by subtracting it from the S21 magnitude.
