FPGA support for Carrier Board blue scorpion rev A

Hi wanted to ask for support for the following files that Robin Getz pointed us to at on GitHub pertaining to working a Carrier Board named blue scorpion rev A.

The onboard UART’s are not exposed to the corresponding Linux image we need to use them to communicate with our display processor. The UART for communicating to the onboard GPS module is not visible. The Zync 7000 SOC has at least two high speed UART’s built into the periphery of the chip itself and even those are not exposed to the Linux image. There is no ttyS*device in the file system. It is not a kernel support issue as the kernel recognizes external USB to serial converter devices.
Our company AgileOne software architect is Brad Gill at brad@agile1radio.com and Lead Engineer is Kyle Stanton at kyle@agile1radio.com could you please include those people in the response please and if you need any more details about this issue we are having. Thanks
