Building Linux Kernel

I've tried to build Analog's Linux Kernel (Branch 2016_R1) as described here:

Building the 2014_R2 release Linux kernel and devicetrees from source [Analog Devices Wiki]

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.

It fails with:

make zynq_xcomm_adv7511_defconfig
drivers/target/Kconfig:45: can't open file "drivers/target/sbp/Kconfig"
make[1]: *** [zynq_xcomm_adv7511_defconfig] Error 1
make: *** [zynq_xcomm_adv7511_defconfig] Error 2

I'd appreciate any ideas as to what I might need to do to fix this.

The Kconfig file it can't open is a dead link in the repository.
