I am using AD 6900 processor,the crystal clock is 13MHz,by using this clock I want to implement 3000symbols per second data rate. Is there any PLL mechanism to achieve this data rate.
The AD9547 is a high performance and highly flexible digital PLL. I can't imagine why is wouldn't be compatible.
Just to make sure that I understand correctly: you have a 13.0 MHz clock, and wish to get exactly 3kHz out, correct?
We have a part that will do this (the AD9547), but it's probably overkill for your application.
I can think of two options: AD9517 can be used to do a /5, /26, /32 to get 3.125 kHz. Would that be ok?
We could use the AD9553 and get to 384 kHz, but you'd need an additional /128. The only solution for the /128 would be casecaded AD9515's that do a maximum of /32.

The simple answer is yes, there is. The problem is dividing down the frequency enough to generate the 3 kHz signal.
One easy solution is the AD9913 DDS (direct digital synthesis) part. The other solution is the AD9547, which will be higher performance, but larger.
