For ADV7619, is there any spreadsheet showing output pixel to port mapping similar to ADV7842:

There is no spread sheet similar to the ADV7842 spread sheet. The ADV7619 data sheet lists all the possible output options.
Before looking in to your question, could you please answer the below question?
Do you have one of our evaluation boards for ADV7619 like EVAL-ADV7619-7511?
How do you configure the board either through script or through software driver?
Have you referred the ADV7619 Design Support files for supporting documents and configuration settings for ADV7619?
Thank you, I saw the datasheet with op_format_sel for all the configuration I needed.
We do not have the evaluation board but we are connecting ADV7619 output to a SDI transmitter (P/N: GS2962) with 20bits parallel input data.
For ADV7619 we will set op_format to 0x81 - 20-bit SDR ITU-R BT.656 mode 0.
For GS2962, input is a 20-bit or 10-bit parallel data bus. In the 20-bits mode, 10bits are for chroma data and 10bits are for luma data.
Both are 3.3V interface.
Will this interface works?
With a quick glance at the data sheet I'd say this should work. I would connect Hsync, Vsync and DE from the ADV7619 to the GS2962. BT.656 sometimes implies embedded AV codes which is just slightly harder to set up correctly.
