Do you want to insert the audio which is extracted from HDMI Part?
Actually we need a design to convert CVBS (TV_out) of an STB into a HDMI along with the audio (L/R). Besides we may need resolutions starting from 320P to 1080P. Does the AD9984 support (TV decode - data sheet does not mention this) it.Or we may have to add an external audio codec for this besides the AD resolutions for this is 10 bits and low.
We would need more information to make any kind of recommendation
1) Required input formats. 480i -> 1080p, VGA format?
2) Input domain, CVBS, YCbCr, RGB and which formats they'll work with
3) Required audio input, analog or digital, if digital what format
4) Expected output format, HDMI I assume.
The thread title mentions CVBS while you last post talks about 1080p. These are really far apart in how to implement a solution. CVBS is often composite while analog 1080p would be in component format but is very rare.
