We want to use TXB0304 voltage translator for converting the voltage level of 1.2V from the scanout of HMC6300 to 3.3V. TXB0304 requires a min. of +/-3mA drive current. What is the max current that the scanout can drive?
Nutan, did you find out the solution to this question ? I'm using the TXB0108, the current driven must be +/- 2mA. Did it work with the TXB0304?
Not yet. Will be testing in couple of weeks.
Hi Nutan and Raphafa,
I've used multiple devices to translate the 1.2V CMOS in/out of the 6300/6301 and never had any issues. I'll check with the designer to see if we have a current spec on the SPI.
Any update on this?
Thanks & regards
The SPI SCANOUT pin limit is +/- 3mA.
