AD9361, Problems TX mode (too small signal)

I try to use TX mode in AD9361 on my board. Basic settings are from the NO-OS Driver.
After initialization in software I do next commands: spi_write(0x3F4, 0x2B); spi_write(0x3F5, 0x00); spi_write(0x3F6; 0x00) for generation BIST sinusoid.
After that I see correct waveform in FPGA (in chipscope). I translate BIST signal to TX1_A (2R2T DDR CMOS mode).
Signal on external connector is shown on attached figure.
Question: Registers 0x3F4, 0x3F5, 0x3F6 are enough? Where can I amplify signal, what registers? Or I have some bugs on my board?
Thanks in advance for any answers!
