ADV7623 Artifacts. How to setup for this sink EDID?

I am working with the ADV7623

 


I am experiencing artifacts on my epson projector. I am pretty sure it has to do with my register setup because it does not happen if I connect evalboard to my epson projector. However if i load my register setup to eval board, i will see the artifacts.  

 

 

I working my software repeater driver to read sink EDID and setting up the ADV accordingly, but apparently it is not working fully yet.

 

I am looking for clues to where i have a mismatch between my register setup and what projector can handle.  

 

Currently using same EDID setup as evaluation board.

For register setup i am using:

:1-3 Port A Audio Pass Through Mode for 192KHz multi-channel PCM: 

 and :6-1 EDID Download HDMI: (but with same EDID settings as evaluation board.
