Planning to use HMC799: can I apply +3V to VCC2, when VCC1 and VCC3 is under +5V?
According to HMC799LP3E Datasheet, Power supply voltage range is 4.5V/5.5V .
Please set voltage in this range.

What will be DC voltage value on RFOUT pin If VCC2 is +5V?
RFOUT voltage is 1Vpp(typ.) clamped.(ref datasheet 11-4 (pdf p.5))
I have got evo-board already.
RFOUT DC Voltage value is 3.9V and working voltage range is 0.5V. => VCC2=5V, total supply current is 73mA.
RFOUT DC Voltage value is 3.1V and working voltage range is 0.4V. => VCC2=4V, total supply current is 63mA.
RFOUT DC Voltage value is 2.6V and working voltage range is 0.3V. => VCC2=3.3V, total supply current is 55mA.
I do not see frequency characteristics degradation.
