Is supply current unit typo on Figure.12 of datasheet RevB P7 ?
It might be micro ampere?
Could you tell me min value of Quiescent Supply Current?
It's ok which does not guaranteed value.
Hi T. Kamino,
The variation of supply current is increases with temp. and Supply voltage as seen on the TPC, Fig. 12. But it should be around 6.5 to a5.5 to 8uA although max as per spec is up to 10uA. Again, please note that Supply Current here is in uA not mA.
Yes, The mA unit in Figure 12 is a typo this should be microamps(uA). This will be revised, thank you for pointing this out.
Quiescent supply current should be typically 6.5uA. I also want to ask what is your target application?
Thank you for your very quick reply.
I'm going to confirm my customer and update to you.
My customer does not have target.
The purpose of query is estimation system supply current.
Because the customer had issue on their ATE verification of Pre Production.
I update the reason why the query. My customer update query reason.
Because their ATE issue is low limit drop for supply current.
So, they are estimating MIN supply current for each parts.
They need ADCMP361 minimum supply current value as possible as accurately (Not guaranteed)
Thanks for the additional information. If there is anything else we could do to help, just ask.
Thank you for reply.
Then could you show me variation value of supply current (not guaranteed)?
My customer need the value by earlier of next week.
Thank you for good support.
It's helpful for my customer.
