We have a write issue after power up. The first write to set the output range is sometimes ignored. We found that to write twice has improvement. The digital input pins are pull-up to DVCC on the board. So, DVCC and digital inputs become high at the almost same time. We guess it is related to the sentence below.

Could you let us know why the first write is ignored when the DVCC isn't brought high before any of the interface lines are powered? We'd like to know about internal mechanism in order to take measures.
