AD9834 Eval Board Comparator Output does not change with analog output change

I am trying to use the AD9834 to output a square wave output by way of the comparator. I am using the Blackfin SDP board connected to a Windows XP PC and the AD9834 software provided with the evaluation board to control it.

No matter what the analog output value is set to (so far I have tested 0MHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 12 MHz and 15 MHz), the comparator always outputs a 10 MHz square wave. I do not know what could be causing this problem, as I would expect that a change in the Vin being fed to the comparator would make a change in the comparator output. I can give more information about my setup on request. Any help is greatly appreciated.
