I would like some assistance to select an adc evaluation board for strain
gage measurements I need to perform. I need to estimate the transient
pressure in a chamber for an event that lasts for about 2-3
milliseconds. The differential voltage is between 0 and 100 uvolts with
some around 30 uVolts. The main pressure event lasts for about
1 millisecond so the bandwidth needs to be at least 1-2 kHz.
A wheatstone bridge and a strain gage will be used. The excitation
voltage on the bridge will be 5 volts with a common mode voltage of 2.5 volts.
I see that a number of evaluation boards are available. Which would
be a reasonable one to acquire? If the sampling rate is sufficient,
oversampling might be useful using noise reduction averaging.
