On the ADI website you can do a parametric search where you can select the specification that you wanted and short list product that fits your application. By the way what is your application? What type of data are you coolecting for the ADC? and DO you prefer a specific communication interface? You can check the AD7091R-5, AD7124, AD7989, these are very low power products and very good latency period. Below is the result of the parametric search, you may start looking on this part or modify the filter.
i need to sample analog voltage of -300 mv to 300 mv. which might be fixed analog value in the range -300 mv to 300 mv or worst case pulsed at 50ns pulsed. communication interface is not specific. Parametric search i did
i choose ADC AD9608, AD9288 so that in case of 50 ns pulsed i do not miss the information but they are all ac coupled my i/p is fixed DC??
1) Please guide me to select the ADC to cater for 50 ns Pulsed DC (analog voltage), so that i do not miss any pulse information
2) how to feed feed Pulsed DC & continuous DC (analog voltage) to ADCs AD9608, AD9288
Thank you for your inputs. With the details, I can see that it would be better for your application to choose a high speed ADCs like the ADI parts that you mentioned. I can move the thread to the High Speed ADCs community. Someone here can give recommendations for your application.
