I have a EVAL-ADXL35X which I'm communicating using a Raspberry PI running node-red.
I can read and write to registers I have a number of questions
1. I'm not an embedded developer so I don't understand the meaning of "Data is left justified".
For example reading the 3 X registers
0x08 XDATA3 Bits[19:12]
0x09 XDATA2 Bits[11:4]
0x0A XDATA1 Bits[3:0]
Does left aligned mean the bit 19 is the MSB read from the left?
Or is it the opposite bit 0 LSB read from the left?
2. When I read any of the of the DATA3 registers (e.g. X, Y or Z) bit 19 is always set is this correct?
3. When self test is indicated XYZ go to zero in all registers, data sheet seems to imply I should see a set of typical values in g of 0.3,0.3,1.5 ?
