I'm running an application in C++ on a Windows machine.
I was wondering if iio_create_network_context() had any timeout built into in. If I attempt to create a network context with an invalid IP address, it seems like the system simply hangs and has to be restarted. Is there any build in way for the libiio to break if it can't make the network context? If there isn't, then is it safe for me to thread the initialization process and kill the thread if it doesn't return in time?
