ADIS 16488 not launching properly with Raspberry Pi 3

hello,

ADIS is connected to the Raspberry Pi,

after power on of both devices,

ADIS fails to provide any data most often, and sometimes there is no current consumption (only 20mA, while 250mA during normal operation), i attempt cycling power,and only after several attempts the ADIS starts providing any output.

can anyone give any insight on the problem causes, and how to resolve this so that the ADIS starts providing data since power on ?

should i consider a power on order between Rpi 3 and the ADIS, or should i change something in the pin connections?

i have attached my pin-out connection.
