Also do you have library of the PMBUS implementation?
Sure! I haven't taken a look at the datasheet of the exact Arduino part number you are referencing but it's a good microcontroller and should have many IO pins to run I2C communication to talk to ADP1046A.

Do you have library of the PMBUS? We can both import on VB for desktop use and Arduino for MCU interfacing.
Just to be clear and more specific, ADP1046A does not support PMBUS command set. It does support I2C communication through which you can program internal registers to program the part on the fly.
ADP1051 and ADP1055 support PMBUS.
The register files for these devices having extension .46r (ADP1046A), .51s (ADP1051), and .55s (ADP1055) are text files. All you need is a program for I2C (the devices act as slave) to write a series of commands from the text file.
I don't have a VB implemention of it.
May I ask about the application?

Hello Lt. C.D.,
Thank you for the information. In that case, we can use normal USB to I2C. We find EVAL-ADP-I2C-USB very expensive just for production use.
