I see that the operating temperature of the AD5553 is -40 to 85C. Is that air temperature around a mounted device on a standard board or is that case temperature?
Would you have any other specifications that you would need to take note of? Could you share what is your target application? Knowing these, we can pick DACs that will better suit the application that you have. I have made a list of DACs below that can operate up to 125C and has 14 or 16 bit resolution. Please take a look for your reference.

Thank you for the information. It looks like we will need to find a higher temperature part. Current board temperature is around 100C. I assume if I use this part, it will survive (since the max junction temperature is 150C, but the parameters may not be as specified in the specification sheet. Any suggestions?
Well we have a design and our board temps are a bit higher than we expected. So a perfect alternate would be something that is FFF (form fit function) to the exsiting part but operates to 125C or greater. I'll look through the list and get back to you.
I would like to correct one of the statements in this thread:
The temperature range (i.e. -45 to 85 degC) specified in the datasheet is the allowable operating ambient temperature.
