Would you let me know following specs of ADG1402BCPZ with +/-3.3V power rails
The ADG1402 is fully specified at +/-5V and +/-15V dual supply and at +12V single supply. It is possible to operate the ADG1402 at other voltage supplies like +15V single supply as stated at the Power Requirement table at the Specifications Section of the datasheet. Please see screenshot below.
Unfortunately, the only data we can provide when Vdd = 15V single supply operation is the on resistance plot seen on figure 5 of the datasheet.
Other switch characteristics will change and these changes include but are not limited to: analog signal range, on-resistance, leakage, Vinl, Vinh and switching times.
For the Peak Current, it is most likely be nearest to the value provided at +12V spec which is 255mA. See table 4, on page 6.

Unfortunately, the ADG1402 is not operational at +/-3.3V supply rails. This is stated at the Power Requirements table at the Specifications Section of the datasheet. Please see screenshot below.
For Dual Supply Operation, the minimum voltage for Vdd and Vss should be from +/-4.5V.
May I know the application you would like to use the ADG1402 with? Can you give me your application requirements so I can recommend a more suitable device?
Sorry, +/-3.3V is incorrect. I will use a single 15V power supply (VDD=15V, VSS=0V) for ADG1402BCPZ this time.
The data sheet shows following each spec using VDD=12V and VSS=0V and they are helpful information. However I would like to know them using VDD=15V and VSS=0V.

The application is the same as that of ADG708, a kind of ultrasonic test equipment.
