As mentioned, we cannot guarantee the parametric performance of the ADG708 or ADG608 as these were not tested with +/- 3.3V supply rails. Ton could go longer.
I think ton would be shorter with the ADG708. Just to remind you of the Absolute Maximum Ratings of the ADG708, the Vss to GND range will go from +0.3V to -3.5V and that Vdd to Vss is up to 7V only.
Unfortunately, we do not have specifications at Vdd/Vss = +/-3.3V.
The ADG708 is fully specified at +/-2.5V dual supply and at +5V and +3.3V single supply.It is possible to operate the ADG708 with unbalance supplies or at other voltage supplies like +/-3.3V as long as it does not violate the Absolute Maximum Ratings stated by the datasheet. However, the switch characteristics will change. These changes include but are not limited to: analog signal range, on-resistance, leakage, Vinl, Vinh and switching times.
May I know the application you would like to use the ADG708 with? Can you give me your application requirements so I can recommend a more suitable device?

As I asked you about two weeks ago, I was testing ADG658YRUZ then. However I need faster ton(/EN) product now.
Supply Rails: +/-3.3V, ton(/EN): less than 50ns (faster is better), Others: equivalent to AD658Y
For your case, with +/-3.3V supply range with less than 50ns Ton, the possible parts to use are the ADG658 and ADG608. Unfortunately, the only parametric data we can provide for a +/-3.3V power supply operation is the on resistance plot seen on Typical Performance Characteristics Section of the datasheet.
Please note that while it is possible to operate at other voltage supplies such as +/-3.3V, the switch characteristics will change. The changes include but are not limited to: analog signal range, on-resistance, leakage, Vinl, Vinh and switching times.

Though ton (EN) with +/-3.3V rails is not written in each data sheet, ton (EN) of ADG658B seems to be longer than those of ADG608B and ADG708B.
- Do you think which ton (EN) with +/-3.3V rails is shorter, ADG608B or ADG708B?
