I have a question about ADuM3223/4223 datasheet.
At P1 , it says ...
At P9 , it says ...
And P3 says...
Which is correct?
The ADuM3223/4223 timing specifications characterization was performed from -40ºC to 125ºC. This means if the junction temperature is above 125ºC, the timing may not be what is shown in the spec table.
The ADuM3223/4223 is made in a silicon process that can handle 150ºC, so 150ºC is the Absolute Max. rating.
One thing to note is that there is a thermal shutdown (TSD) in the ADuM3223/4223, so operating above 125ºC is not advised as the TSD could trip causing the output to go low.
Thank you for your reply.
I understood what you said.
