I want to build a board, which need generate square wave signal and can control slew rate, frequency.
Is there chip can solve it?
For something flexible, I would look to the DDS portfolio, perhaps using the guidance provided here on using amplitude sweeping to implement the controlled slew rate.

Further explain :
Our project need four output, which include low frequency(1~10MHz), amplitude(0~3.3V),slew rate control and square wave.
For 4 independent frequencies, the AD9959 is the only option available in the DDS portfolio. It should work fine down at those frequencies. I am not aware of any clocking products on the market that have programmable skew control, although some may allow a few setting options for the output power.
