License for Ref-Designs

Hello support team,

I would like to confirm the basicaly licensing rule when we use the ADI's Reference Design.

Some case of situatuons using Ref-Designs;
1. Distributor uses sources who are directly original designs, for demo or promotion.(without modifying)
2. Distributor uses sources who modify original design for demo or promotion.
3. Customers use sources who are provided the above designs(No.1, No2) from distributor, for their evaluation/ prototype/ production.
4. Customers use sources who are directly download from ADI Web page, for evaluation/ prototype/ production.

My understanding is that "FPGA Ref-Design" is allowed to use on the all above case, if user will attach the following template of License to their source header.

Is my understanding correct?
Please teach about limitation of using your Ref-Designs(S/W, H/W both) by user.
