DC Offset on ADV7341 video output

We are using an ADV7341BSTZ video DAC on some of our production video boards and found the following anomaly: The video output signal is offset by +40mV DC with reference to ground. According to the datasheet for the ADV7341  the sync tip for PAL should be at 0V and the blanking  level at 300 mV.

  1. Is there a way to correct the offset with a register setting?
  2. What are the factors influencing the offset?. (RSET1, RSET2, VREF , Power supplies ?)
  3. There are registers in the ADV7341 to adjust the gain, but none to adjust the DAC offset ?

Attached are some pictures with the measurement results.
